In order to support our sales activities, we are looking for a new colleague who can further build on and improve our processes and the organization of presales and aftersales support.

As Commercial Administrative Responsible within GIM, I make sure to pass incoming commercial leads to the right colleagues, and organize a thorough follow-up and performant pre- and after sales operations. I support Sales and Business Development during complex product or project quotations and verify their outgoing offers (price control, payment terms, legal & administration). My colleagues can also count on me to ensure a smooth product delivery and to take care of the administrative and financial aspects that come with the initialization of a new GIM project.  

When it comes to recurring sales activities such as product subscriptons or the prolongation of maintenance contracts, I function as point of contact for our customers and take charge of the whole process from quote to invoicing, ordering and licensing. Our customers know that they can count on me for any questions concerning these administrative processes, but possible technical issues will be dispatched to my colleagues in the helpdesk or project teams.   

I work closely together with our internal product and project managers, but also maintain an effective relation with our product suppliers and subcontractors. I gather the necessary information to maintain the administration (documentation, contracts, pricing) of our product array and closely follow up our product orders and related invoices. I regularly review these processes to assess the profitability of our variety of products and calculate the necessary modifications to ensure that we meet our financial goals. This excellent overview of our product sales and the close communication within our finance team, come in handy when providing our internal and external suppliers with a quarterly and yearly forecast and sales report.  

Throughout my sales administration activities, I hold the GIM value of continuous improvement very high. Thanks to my customer focus and excellent language skills (EN/DU/FR), I constantly seek dialogue with our customers and suppliers, and collect the necessary feedback that ensures my anticipation to their changing and future needs. Within GIM I easily recognize when systems and processes need to be adjusted because they do not ensure an optimal functioning, and I actively propose improvements that I can implement myself. As a result, we will be able to do more with fewer resources!
