As business developer I am responsible for exploring the market for new or evolving artificial intelligence products and services. I can develop strategic initiatives based on added value creation for our customers. Based on firm relations with diverse stakeholders, I develop strategic development plans.

I also innovate the performance of existing feature extraction products and services with their market potential to better tap our potential in the current market segments. When renewing strategic and tactical plans per customer, I ensure that the various project objectives reinforce each other in a sustainable way.

I bring resources (people, materials, financial, technological and commercial) together to win our bids. For this I create intelligence around the development of value proposition, including our product positioning for target segments. When setting prices, I take into account the balance between the limits and the threats that we must respond to. These initiatives, combined with the identification of the impact of emerging technologies, ultimately result in a sharp reduction in our lead times and the increase of our investment opportunities.

I organize feedback flows to adjust the evolution and management of the business development plan. To achieve this, I analyze and review objectives and weave unexpected opportunities. Thanks to my good knowledge of French and English I do this with ease.

As part of my business development activities, I also manage some of the key projects that I was able to bring in, guarding the full cycle from idea to delivery. I budget, plan and coordinate with the customer, partners and team members to stay within scope, time and budget. I mitigate when needed in an innovative way and in co-creation with the customer. I continuously work on a growing project team that commits and takes ownership. I stretch our teams by making them aware of their limits and guarantee further development of the team’s competencies for managing projects, sales forecasts, quotations and offers.
